We will have a brief chat to discuss your travel desires and needs. At this meeting I will gather all the necessary information I need to create you a personalized quote.
This chat is where we will get to know one anoter and I will explain how working with me happens.
Intent to Travel deposit - $20 per itinerary
This fee covers my time for creating a quote for you. It includes all quote varations until we have crafted the perfect itinerary.
This deposit is non-refundable but will be rolled into the Booking Fee if we continue to the booking process.
Booking Fee - $100 pp
This fee covers my time for completing your entire booking (FIT itinerary components, cruise, pre and post extensions, shore excursions, airfare if needed, tranfers). I will work with you to make sure all aspects of your itinerary and transportation are booked correctly and you have all needed paperwork for your journey.
Payment Management - $150 per Itinerary
Sometimes you might need to make montly payments for your total trip price. I offer payment management to make sure your monthly payments are made correctly and on time and that the entire cruise is paid as needed before any cancellations dates. All payments are made using the payment method you put on file.
This is a one time fee per itinerary.
Change Fee - $200 pp
Sometimes circumstances come up and a change needs to be made on the itinerary or airfare. This fee is per change needed.
Cancellation Fee - $200 pp
Sometimes unexpected things happen and you might need to cancel your trip. Not to worry, I am here to help you navigate cancelling and getting your refund through the insurance.
Group Travel Fee - $100 pp
Traveling with a group of people? It can be frustrating and time consuming to put all the different pieces together and make sure that everyone has all their paperwork completed.
I am here to be the group coordinator and make sure everyone completes all the steps, pays what is needed and all the many moving pieces of a group trip are working correctly.
This is a one time fee per person in the traveling group and covers:

For Group Members:
- Booking
- Payment management as needed
- Changes as needed
- Cancellation help as needed

Full Service Travel Agent Fee - $500 per itinerary
As your dedicated Full Service Travel Agent I will complete every aspect of booking your itinerary, plus all other services listed on this page. You will have 24 hour access to me as needed for emergencies while traveling or last minute travel changes as needed.
